Can you imagine, you can get RM3.60 for each food or drink that you order, in a restaurant at Starhill? This is absolutely unbelievable!

It's been so long I have been seeing the long queue outside of this restaurant, but even if I walked close it, I didn't know what is so attractive. Until today, my friend invited me for a tea break, then I realized, I have missed the great deal for so many times, I'm lucky to grab the chance before the deal ends.

As it's so cheap, of course the food portion is also smaller, however, it's enough to 'feed' the 3 young ladies like us. Actually we ordered 2 food each, and we felt full after finishing that. For those really eat a lot, they might not be satisfied.


Look at the queue, this appears every weekend -- or maybe everyday, it's just I wasn't here.

Today when I drove home, it was drizzling. On the way back, suddenly I saw a rainbow.

粉碎的城墙

半山芭旧监狱的围墙，向来对我都没有实际上的意义，但是却记录了许多拥有我记忆的画面————小时候搭巴士经过，看着跟监狱不搭调的壁画，听着父母说着画画者的故事……墙上的图画，像是记载了一些故事，每次我经过，都会想像到里面可能存在着另外一个世界……

最近周末在金三角附近上课，几乎每个星期都会经过这里。突然间意识到，原来，我上个星期六经过这里的时候，已经是最后一次看到这一幅围墙，最后一次看到这一面充满历史记忆的壁画。

一股酸意不禁涌入我的鼻腔，心里一阵抽搐。

拖拉机推倒的，不止是一幅围墙，还有人民的心。

Sick... again

I had got a 'perfect attendance' award in 2008. Never had sick leave for a year. Now, no more. Today I take another day of MC just within 6 moonths.

I don't know what is the cause of the problem, maybe I did have a very bad eating habit, like always OT and stayed in the office until over my dinner time, and went back home no more appetite.

I had only vomited twice very seriously as far as I remember (maybe after I graduated from school?), the first time was in a few years back, when I started to hurt my stomach by not eating well. That time when I felt sick, I could hardly eat anything, even drank water would make me vomited. That was a very terrible experience in my life. Now, second time. I threw up almost everything I had put into my mouth at dinner. But actually I didn't really eat anything.

Today, I slept for almost the whole day. Got high fever in the afternoon while I was taking a nap, but when I woke up, the heat was gone... I really don't know if tomorrow I still can go to work, but I think I'm feeling better now, hopefully tomorrow I'll have more energy to work.

And I try not to OT again.

Another famous drama is brought to the cinema again. I used to watch The A-Team series when I was young, but usually I didn't really understand the story. The most impressive person is the B.A. starring by Mr.T, because of his look in the series.

This movie, overall is not bad, worth to watch. It's just a little bit too much of action and unrealistic scenes, those guys are like really having superpower, can do anything, go anywhere, nobody can stop them, even CIA or military. But this is what action movies are like, they just want to show you the action, effect and excitement. If you like action movies, this will sure be one of your favourites.

The alien with new job

If you still remember the "alien" that we had in our team, here is an update that: she has left, finally. Although the 'process' actually wasn't really that good. We were having a nerve-wracking moment, as she was stepping on everybody's toes and there was no way we could get rid of her.

As I heard about the latest news about her, she had got another job in town, and requests for reference letter. It's funny that she still wants to request for it, the funniest part is our hiring agency granted her wish... manager's response... hehe... you can guess. For me, as long as she has no effect on me, I'm fine.

Prince of Persia

Just watched the movie "Prince of Persia" today. I didn't know that it was originally created from a video game. The story itself is not really that impressive, but if you like the ancient middle east culture, you may love this movie. You will find action, romance (although not much), plots...... in this movie.

I don't know how to describe the movie, but overall, it's nice. As long as you don't set too high expectation on the storyline (and actually it's not that bad), you can enjoy the movie very much.

Donnie

I like Donnie.
Some of my friends might misunderstood, because coincidently, he has the same name with my boss.
But of course, the one I like is Donnie Yen.

I didn't specify which one is better (hehe) but for sure, the movie star with fit body figure and good-looking face has the better advantage.

I didn't like him before, until recent years he suddenly played a lot of leading roles in the blockbuster movies. No matter you like him or not, many will not disagree with his action.

There are not many action stars in Hong Kong now, what we can name are Jacky Chan, Jet Li, and.... who else? We can find many young guys and good at martial arts, just find those champions in the competition will do, but not all of them can become become movie stars. Jacky Chan and Jet Li are like moving backstage, they don't really fight on the screen as before. Now, Donnie has made his mark now.

Yet, Donnie is 47 now. The Hong Kong kungfu star has to find some successors. How long Donnie can still fight on the screen?

Tiring day

I'm trying to go back on time everyday, and yet there are many works to do right after working hour. Many western countries are practicing "finishing your work within your working hours", which means that, you will be considered an efficient worker if you are able to finish all your work and go back on time. But Chinese says 今日事，今日毕（Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.）Because tomorrow you will have another piles of work to do.

Today, I stayed at the office until ~9:30pm which I haven't been like this for long. I want to reply something that I might not have time tomorrow. Being in this position is relly not easy, you have to be prepared to answer any kinds of question at anytime, and the way how you answer the questionsssss, might dig all my knowledge and skills from my brain. It's really challenging because you have to be very careful to avoid any possible annoying words, mistake or even typo error in your reply, but it's also how I learnt and improved.

Really tiring after consuming my brain cells too much.......

Our little angel

It's been quite a while I didn't update anything about the little one staying in my house.

He's still naughty, he's still hyper-active, he's still throwing things, he's still having a bad temper, yet, he's still very cute and adorable, and we are still loving him so much.

His speaking skill is still not improving much, although we are teaching him everyday. But at least he is learning little by little and almost finish pronouncing the 26 letters.

This little one is good at calling his grandma and aunt (me~~ ^O^Y) also, the whole day are buzzing you with "ah boh!" and "yi yi!" but the good thing is, he's learning his words and he cares about us. Our challenge now is, how to make him more behaves... (headache...)

After that, I was told I need to get my superior's approval and apply for it.
And then, they asked me to attend an interview.
Next, is the presentation......... it's like never ending story.
But, at least I learned that, there is nothing for me to take it for granted.
If I want to get it, I have to work hard and put more effort on it.
I'm not as lucky as those who can easily get some work with high position and pay.
My career path has never been smooth and fast, I have to walk up step by step.
Good thing is, at least I'm going up, not staying at the same place.
It's slow, but as long as I'm moving, I appreciate it.
Now, I have to depend on my luck, and also my hardwork. Bless me.
