Regret?

It’s been almost a week since I’ve made the decision, but the more time it takes for me to wait, the more I worry about it. There are so many things I have to think about: Do I like the working environment? Do I comfortable with the people? Will the job be boring? In this team, I can learn the whole CRM applications, but over there, it’s just one single application with so many tasks and projects. Report. Yes, the main element there, is “Report”. I’ll be more dealing with words than applications, is it what I really want to do? But at least, it’s a “management” team, this is the first thing I consider. I can’t be a ‘operator’ for lifetime, I have to make a change, I can’t even go back to development, so it’s better I turn to management……

Future, is something that really unknown to you, that’s why people always worry and scare about it. It’s like a door, you won’t know what happen behind the door, unless you open it, and step into it. But it’s no turning back, once you’ve made your move, you have to go forward… No matter what, I think it'll be a hard time for me.

Cops: Five-year-old girl was strangled to death

This morning when I read this news in the local newspaper, I was a bit shocked. This is not the first case happened in Malaysia, first was Ying Ying, then Nurin, all being tortured before they died. How could these culprits do such cruel things to the cute little girls like they are?

Now the suspected killer for Ying Ying has hanged in the prison clinic, the killer of Nurin still hasn't found yet. Before they could rest in peace, now another case happened.

Child abuse or even murder is a serious issue in our society. If we don't take some action to either educate the people or punished, I'm afraid there will be more children become victim in the future.

Beauty Jobs

In a few years ago, my sis and I attended a Beauty Expo in the town. In the exhibition we did saw a lot of beauty shops, salon, spas and so on had setup a booth there to promote their service and company, some giving out samples, free trial or discount vouchers to the people, but most of them were targetting to the salon or spas owner for selling their equipments and tools.

At that time, we were actually impressed by their latest spa and facial treatment, but both of us also understood that, it's not what we could afford, what we got in the expo, is only a treatment voucher with promotional price, RM69.90. After leaving the place, I had a discussion with my sis, if we couldn't afford to be their customer, how about we get a spa jobs? At least we can still stay there and enjoy the environment, who knows maybe we can get cheaper staff price too!

I thought that I'll never get any post from P3 in February, until today I saw there are 3 opptys released. Since P3 requires 1 interim between 2 posts, I have to wrack my brains to find what should I write. So after I finished submitting all of them, I've already written 6, 7 posts.

Justnow I saw another oppty in the list, but when I clicked into it and tried to earn my last 5 bucks before I go to sleep, I saw this message:

"You have reached your maximum posts for today."

crazy overtime

It's already dark, and I've been staying in the office for more than 2 hours after my working hour and it's not because of the surfing, it's because of work.

There is 1 person on leave, another 1 half-day, and we didn't expect so many new cases came to us. I've taken the responsibility to assign them, as there is no other better choice, and it end up I had to do most of them. Why? I'm really bad on delegation, and not very good in monitoring. I began to understand the situation and not envy on other people anymore. It's not an easy job after all.

I've never worked so late before, of course one of the reasons is I have to wait for my dad to pick me up in the office. Yet it's not the longest OT I've done, I had worked for 4 hours OT last year, just never this late.

Beautiful garage for beautiful house

When I watched the English TV programmes, I'm always admired by their big and nice houses, especially like those in US suburbs, Australia and Euporean countries. They are not only big in size, they even have a garages next to their house. a garage can be a parking space of your car, or as a car repair station or a storeroom to put all your garden equipment, toys and other tools. Different from just a small open area in front of our houses, their garage can be an independent building or as a part of a house, with covers, doors, and walls.

If I have a chance to live in that kind of big houses with garage, I probably will get it well decorated and designed. The Apex uPVC with Buff Brick Pillars could be one of my favourites, but it's better if it could come with the now steel framed up and over doors. I may choose brighter colors to make it looks cleaner and nicer. We are staying in a tropical country that rains a lot along the year, so it should be erected to a few inches to avoid waterflooding.

As I take a look on the Sectional Garage, I was impressed by their gorgeous designs. It can be custom-made while you can choose the alternative design options if you want to have your own designed garage. How wonderful it will be if I really can turn it into a reality.
