Hike! Hike! Hike!

The government has caught the nation by announcing the petrol hike again. This time, sugar is the 'bonus', no subsidy for petrol Ron97 is another surprise from them. They said the cut is not expected to drive up inflation, but what we see in our own eyes, is that all the prices are getting higher and higher, it's a chain reaction.

Today I went to KL, the parking fee at Star Hill has been raised up from RM5 to RM7. It's a 40% increment! Do you think anybody can complain about it? Who is going to pay for our burden and lost? Who is going to responsible for our cost living that is getting higher and higher? Did they ever consider about it?

Now I have to think of another better parking area, hopefully I don't need to pay so much... but how about the groceries price? I really worry about our future.

Lunch @ T-Bowl

This concept restaurant was first started in Taiwan. As I read from the magazine, there is one restaurant in Taiwan, using "Toilet" as their concept, the whole design is inspired by toilet, the dishes and seats are toilet bowls, even the ice creams and sausages are making you imagine the 'output' from the toilet.

Now, Malaysia also got the same concept restaurant, one of the branches is located at the 3rd floor of Sungai Wang Plaza. This is my first visit to the restaurant, it's still ok when you have the food on a 'toilet bowl', but the most scary thing is the sausage that we ordered... you will know what I mean when you see the picture.

Farewell to Sook Lai

Another friend of mine are heading towards their better opportunity outside.

Actually she has been looking for a new opportunity since beginning of the year, at the end, she got it. We are so happy for her when we knew that she has been accepted by a top rated company in the world. Hopefully she will find her fortune there.

Shockssss for World Cup

When seeing Brazil lost to Holland yesterday, everybody was in shock. Brazil is one of the predicted winner for this year World Cup, and now they disappointed so many fans.

Today, it's Germany vs. Argentina. Argentina is the next predicted winner after Brazil had been sent home, but according to the prediction from Paul the Octopus, he has picked Germany. It's first half of the match, and Germany is leading 1 to 0. What will happen next, will Paul's prediction comes true? Let's see... hehe

Paul was right. Germany defeats Argentina at 4 nil. What a shame for Argentina and also Maradona, many people and fans saw them as a potential winner for this year's World Cup. And they lost, terribly. 4 'eggs', they really gotta go back hometown 'farming' (返鄉下耕田) already....

I'm neither Germany nor Argentina fans, but before the match, both of them are great competitors to each others, now Argentina got defeated so badly, and shamefully. This is really can be the worst moment in their lives.

New hair cut

Without further thinking, I had decided to cut my hair short. My family are definitely supporting me because they always think that keeping a long hair is very troublesome for me. But for my friends, when I told them I'm going to cut my hair, they were so shocked and even want me to think twice... hahaha

Finally, I have my hair the shortest within 10 years. But of course not a boy-cut. Just it makes me feel lighter and look smarter and energetic. Even the shampoo girl asked me if I really want to cut my hair, because it's a waste as I have been keeping it for so long.

Hehe... it's good to change a new look, and seeing everybody gave me a shocking look. They were surprised when seeing me with my short hair, including my Japanese class classmates. Monday I'm going to shock my colleagues... hahahaha

Good news from my friend

The good news is, my lunch buddy finally had got a good offer in an international rating top 100 company. She has been worrying about her career after her previous project was closed down. It seems that she was not given any better opportunity to pursue her job, after almost half a year, she has got her best luck at last. We have been planning for our Hong Kong trip since long ago, she has promised that once her status is confirmed we may continue our plan. Actually, she could consider to buy gold coins for investment, at least it is a better and faster way to earn money.
