Commercial Mortgages

Some of my friends at my age have started their own business, some worked on IT, and some worked on other industries. However, there are so many risks and challenges in front that you would need to face with and overcome, especially for those who quit their own job and contribute themselves in a whole to build up their company, which need a lot of sacrifices and commitment.

Besides the capital issue, before you can start your own business, one of the things they would worry about is the Commercial Mortgages. It’s not easy to get a mortgage unless you have enough properties or assets. Furthermore the complicated approving process and multi-level procedure from the bankers also might have troubled you and cause you much inconvenience.

There are so many considerations you have to think about for business or commercial mortgage, for example the figure, the term for the payment, and how much you would need to pay for each year or month. Of course you need to plan it properly before you make your decision because it’s normally a long-term payment, you have to make sure your business stability and continuous revenue to support you.

For bankers or the service providers, they also need to set some criteria for the lenders, it’s not a small amount after all. But if you are not very good in it, you always have chance to seek advice from the experts.

Finally, I've submitted my registration form.
Finally, I may have a broadband at home very soon!
Finally, I don't need to 'drink a cup of tea, eat a pao' while surfing the net (too slowwwww)
Finally, I may have chance to access Facebook and Friendster at home (while now I'm not 'allowed')

But, I still need to get modem installed and get the line activated before I can really 'enjoy' the broadband service.

Credit cards for bad credits

As credit card application is getting much easier, for those not good in controlling their expenses like youngsters, easily to turn into bad credits. Or for some businessmen who suffer from the economic downturn and downgrade their credit ratings, they would properly need a bad credit credit cards to help them to carry them through the difficult time.

Last day in February

Actually nothing special for this day. The only thing that make today special is it's 29th of Feb, which is ONCE in every 4 years. If really want to mention something special on this day, maybe can say I was going lunch in a new chicken rice shop at the business center with my TL (however, it's not good enough...). And I got a call which took me 40 mins to troubleshoot but unfortunately it's still not solved. Later on when my parents come and pick me up, we will go shopping, of coz with the little baby boy... ^_^ Hopefully tomorrow can have a deep rest....

Manage your money properly

My first ‘debt’, actually started before my 20, when my dad used my name to buy my first insurance. Of course I didn’t start to pay until I had my own income, until now it has become my main debt.

Nowadays it’s not easy to avoid debt. People wants to buy cars, buy houses, pay insurance, credit card bills, some even has lots of monthly installment items and monthly membership fees needs to pay. If you stayed alone or not with your family, you might need to pay for either house loan or rental. All these are counted as a ‘debt’, because you need to pay for them every month.

Just because we can hardly avoid debt, it’s very important for us to know how to use our money wisely, of course having proper Debt Management. If you couldn’t manage it well, you may take the risk to go bankrupt.

Many people especially youngsters and businessmen are going bankrupt because can’t afford the debt; For businessmen, it’s because of the loans or other debts. For youngsters, surprisingly, it’s because of the credit card bills. As the application of credit cards is too easy, they just swap and swap so ‘happily’ until they forgot they actually need to pay for them. That’s why currently many credit card service providers have considered about restricting the criteria.

Night shift

To be exact, it should be "evening shift", because the working hour is from 11am till 8pm. Sometimes I prefer working on this shift, because it used to be peaceful and calmness in your last 2 hours before you off work. But unfortunately, somehow I'm quite afraid to go back in the dark night, because it makes me feel very unsecured, maybe it's a side effect of watching too many horror movies? :P

I just take the replacement for evening shift on Thursday and Friday only, next week will back to normal. And another thing I like about this shift is... I no need to be the 'tapao' girl to do lunch delivery, it's their turn to deliver food for me... hahaha!

Finding a job

I still remember how hard I've been through when I was first graduated and looking for a job. I've attending not less than 10 job interviews before I got my first job. Same thing happened when I quitted the first job and found my second job. It's really not easy when you do not have a wide communication network and proper experience for job hunting.
