Awards

We won an award again, it's so called Bronze in "Best In-House Service Contact Centre of the Year (Below 50 Seats)" in CCAM Awards. Our manager was so happy when he announced the good news to us. But for me, it's just..... are we really qualified for that? or... what is the criteria for this award?

Sometimes thing are quick ironic, sometimes there are 'compliments' that will make you feel uncomfortable. Nevertheless, who will reject a compliment regardless of what actually they've contributed? Besides, it's quite proud when our manager announced this news with other teams notice and taking photos in front of them. Maybe... it's somekind of... vanity? hahaha

Anyway, congrats to the team, congrats to me as well! Yeah!
