Busy……

Today, 1 person MC, 1 half-day, another one finished work at 1… then only left 3 of us to handle all the cases. I was very busy, really. But luckily I still managed to update my posts. It’s just 100+ words after all, and because of the frequent interruption and distraction, those 100+ words had used up almost half of my working hours to finish. Sometimes you can’t control your workload, esp. for help desk, it depends on how often your users contact you, that’s why you need proper time management and learn how to do your job in an effective way, so that you can work faster, handle as much cases in the shortest time. As listening to his complaints, I was thinking, why don’t you just save your time and learn how to maximize your task?
