After using broadband for one month (it's almost exactly one month since last 3 March), suddenly my line is down.
It's just yesterday, about 1/2 hour before midnight, while I was still on the line, suddenly the connection went off, the ADSL light keep on, blinking and off repeatedly. I thought my pc got problem or got infected again, but then when I called the helpline, the agent confirmed that, after she checked my registered phone number status, the internet connection is down.
She told me it might take 2, 3 working days to fix the problem, but it's already Friday, and weekend is considered off day, then I only can get back my connection next Monday, or even later!
Oh gosh... I gotta off the line again~!
