According to their point of view, the reason why I'm still remain in this position without proceeding, is not because my performance is not good, but on the contrary,, it's actually my performance is 'TOO PERFECT'?
Why? Because I performed so well in first level support, so I seems to be 'destined' to be a Level 1 support. Morever, my nearly unseen leadership skill doesn't convince them I can be promoted to a management level. Then the conclusion is, this is the BEST position for me.
So, does it mean that I have to be lower my performance so that they can find me another opptys? But if I really did that, then I might lose my only value of staying here. It's sad to have this situation here, isn't it?
