It’s been 5 months since I joined the new team, doing the different thing as I used to be. Not related to operation, but more to quality assurance and monitoring. I always wonder, if I chose to move to service management team 2 years ago, it might totally change my career path by now. Maybe I’ll be involved in change management jobs, more to technical, and it sounds more professional.
