Shockssss for World Cup

When seeing Brazil lost to Holland yesterday, everybody was in shock. Brazil is one of the predicted winner for this year World Cup, and now they disappointed so many fans.

Today, it's Germany vs. Argentina. Argentina is the next predicted winner after Brazil had been sent home, but according to the prediction from Paul the Octopus, he has picked Germany. It's first half of the match, and Germany is leading 1 to 0. What will happen next, will Paul's prediction comes true? Let's see... hehe

[Update after the match]

Paul was right. Germany defeats Argentina at 4 nil. What a shame for Argentina and also Maradona, many people and fans saw them as a potential winner for this year's World Cup. And they lost, terribly. 4 'eggs', they really gotta go back hometown 'farming' (返鄉下耕田) already....

I'm neither Germany nor Argentina fans, but before the match, both of them are great competitors to each others, now Argentina got defeated so badly, and shamefully. This is really can be the worst moment in their lives.

RCC Futsal Tournament - Silver metal~!

Can you expect that? I never play football before, and now our team got silver metal. (YEAH~~!)
Of course I'm definitely not the one who should take the credit, I didn't contribute much to the team actually. Frankly speaking, I'm just like a substitute, because all other team players are much better than I am.
It's a good experience for me after all. At least I know what is "Futsal" and how to play, and in the future I shall learn the proper posture and way of kicking, so that I would hurt my thigh anymore.
Congratulations~~ JAKOMA!

p/s: JAKOMA is our team name = Japan+Korea+Malaysia

My First Futsal

I'm not a sporty person, although I had been in a volleyball team during in high school and won a trophy before (just because the team participated were too few... :P )... and now joining a fitness club and learning body combat... but it really doesn't mean that I'm sporty.

This is the first time I play futsal, and with just 2 practices I will need to go on the field to match with other team members... =.=" But since it's just for fun and rarely a team activity, that's why all of us are willing to join the game.

My first practice, toe hurt after directly hit the ball, then run until exhausted, too bad. But there is one 'surprise' that, we finally realized that our Japanese girl, who is so soft and gentle in front of us, actually is a good fighter! The captain is about to assign her as defender! Wow~~!!

And we, still a lousy player and just running and missing the ball on the field... hahahahahaha

Combat Rocks!

Jab, cross, upper cut, hook, combat stance, invasive sidekick....... do you know these terms? It's specially for a group exercise I'm learning in the fitness center. It's a combination movement of kick-boxing, martial arts, Tai-Chi, Tae Kwan Do, Karate and so on. But of course, even you do very good in the class, it doesn't mean that you are a kungfu 'master' and can start 'fighting'...... I don't think even the instructor can do so... :P

The first group class I joined in this center was Body Jam, which is more in dancing movement. Although I prefer dancing than kungfu fighting, I mostly join the Combat class and because of this, I got to know and be friend with some of the club members and even current and future instructor (those who are taking the instructor training).

I think my weakness is my body is not strong enough to hold myself throughout the class. One of the movement that I still can't make it even after 1 years in the class is -- push up.

I hope that I can get improvement in the coming days. I don't expect to become as good like those instructors, but at least, it's not "char kuey teow" movement anymore.

Formula 1 racing car

Formula One racing is quite hot in Malaysia currently. Especially when Petronas joining one of the team (not sure if they're sponsor or ...)

This exhibition was taken place at KLCC. The racing car was displayed in the middle, I think it was the car which they really use it for racing.

Maybe it's still early, not many people were crowded around. But most of the people were impressed and astonished by this racing car. Normal people doesn't have much chances to take a look on this kind of high-tech production in person huh?

However, I didn't stay there for long because I have another appointment to rush for. Next time if I had another chance to see the racing car again, maybe I'll take a deeper look on it.
