Little nephew in 21 month

On the Labours’ Day, it’s called another new month for my little nephew.

There’s not much progress in his development, expect he’s growing taller and bigger. He still doesn’t eat rice or porridge as his main food, so now he’s still fed with milk everyday, about 6 to 8 times per day.

He’s still not able to talk, not even give out some simple words. But good thing is, he’s learning how to point on things, like pointing on his cup when he wants to drink water, pointing on something like rice or bread, if he wants to eat.

Now the diapers that he uses become lesser everyday, because he’ll inform us whenever he wants to urinate or do bowel movement, of course it’s not verbally, but giving us some signal, like pointing on his little potty, or even pulling it out from the sofa and hand it to us.

We are gradually teaching him how to recognize the simple objects, like ball, duck, bear, car, etc. He still can't really respond to what we say to him but has learnt to nod whenever he wants something, and shake his little head when he doesn't.

My sis is starting to work on shift in May, that means, she has to work during weekends. This actually quite frustrating to both of them and also my parents because she can no longer take the little one back during weekends. But so far, things are still going well. Just hopefully she can overcome and fix that in the near future.



He's a cheerful little angel, no doubt about that.

True friendship

Yes, it's ANTM again.

I've watched most of them since the first cycle, some of them would leave me with a deep impression but some of them, just so so, a normal entertainment reality show.

But, I like Cycle 11. It's not the latest one, but I just watched it recently.

What I like about this cycle is, I'm truly impressed by some of the characters for these contestants.

First thing, is the true friendship that has been built up between Marjorie and Analeigh. They are both competitors to each other, but on the other hand, they also have a strong relationship. Not many people will make friends in a competition. But they did.

"Ya, it's a competition. But Marjorie is my friend." Her words really touched me.

Who in this world, you can have a best friend like this?

Restaurant Hakka Village @ Serdang

This is a very famous restaurant in Serdang and their most famous food is the "crab rice". I remember that had introduced this before.

Here is the crab rice. The "look" might be different because they had taken out the crab from the claypot. The taste of the rice is like the 'claypot chicken rice' but this one has much richer crab taste. It's not as nice as I expected, maybe I had a too 'high expectation'... hehe




Actually I prefer this curry pork rib in bun/bread. It's a bit hot for me, but I really like the taste.



These are the other dishes that we ordered. Actually the taste is just so so, good thing is, the fish is fresh, it's just we can find other restaurants around this area which serves better and nicer foods below:

ANTM Cycle 11

I'm always the fan of America's Next Top Model, who doesn't like to see a bunch of pretty girls on the screen anyway? We can also learn about the modelling world, and beauty tips, even the modelling tips and photographing skills. It's many people's interest actually.

I just watched the Cycle 11, from youtube actually. If you asked for my preference, I would say I prefer Marjorie, the awkward French girl, whose signature pose is Hunchback. She got the awkward look in person, but looks gorgeous in pictures.



I was quite astonished by this photo, although she didn't win the title, she's still got the quality to become a top model.

At Subang

Finally, I've asked her to be my company. I actually didn't really know why I wanted to turn up. Maybe I really worried about my future?

But still, I stepped out from the door and never walked back.

I hesitate because I doubt if I really need it.

Anyhow, at least I came, and nothing really bad happened to me.

I seldom really keep contact with my ex-colleagues. Usually after we were apart, we can just meet online, or FB...... not really personally. She might be the first one I called out after she has left our team.

Many negative comments have been made during our days, and some not really happy memory had been made to our team. But still, I believe that she is a nice person. At least, she did help me a lot during my tough times, and listened to me when I felt down, covered me when I did something wrong, helped me when I was in critical situation. I do believe that she's a good leader, however, maybe it's not enough for her to be accepted by others.

Knowing

It's another "end of the world" movie. The difference is, there is no "HERO" will come out to save the world. It's merely no survivor -- except Celab and Abby, which most of the audiences believe that they are Adam & Eve in the movie.

There are 2 scenes of disasters that really made a great shock to the audiences -- plane crash at the freeway and Manhattan subway train derailment. They are so real that until I really held my breath and sweated at my palms. These things actually could be or DID happened in our real life (except it might not be so scary or hugh damage), when they were brought to the screen, it could be so real.

What will you do when it comes to the end of the world? If you had chance to escape with the 'aliens', will you do so?

Not all the audiences like the movie, some said there are too many flaws in the movie, and some scenes are quite illogical. Anyhow, I think that although this might not be the greatest movie in this year, it worth watching for sure.
