Lotus Race Car

This is the Lotus race car I saw months ago. When I saw it, I was rushing to somewhere and had no time to see clearly about the car design and its description. I just had a glance and had time to take a shot of it.

As known that the Lotus company is owned by one Malaysian company now. But as we know that, if you can tell the most popular racing car in the world, it should be Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, or even BMW. Lotus? I never heard of it until I read a its news from the press.

I'm not sure what is the model for these cars, just have a check from the web, if not mistaken it a Europa S series. We can seldom see race cars on the road especially in the city, even in the highway with the highest speed limit is 110km/h, I don't think race car can show off their performance here.

However, it looks nice from the outward
appearance. I wonder what makes it competitive to the other well-known race cars, maybe they're targetting different kind of driver or race car fans.

If you could afford it, will you buy one of this?

Combat Rocks!

Jab, cross, upper cut, hook, combat stance, invasive sidekick....... do you know these terms? It's specially for a group exercise I'm learning in the fitness center. It's a combination movement of kick-boxing, martial arts, Tai-Chi, Tae Kwan Do, Karate and so on. But of course, even you do very good in the class, it doesn't mean that you are a kungfu 'master' and can start 'fighting'...... I don't think even the instructor can do so... :P

The first group class I joined in this center was Body Jam, which is more in dancing movement. Although I prefer dancing than kungfu fighting, I mostly join the Combat class and because of this, I got to know and be friend with some of the club members and even current and future instructor (those who are taking the instructor training).

I think my weakness is my body is not strong enough to hold myself throughout the class. One of the movement that I still can't make it even after 1 years in the class is -- push up.

I hope that I can get improvement in the coming days. I don't expect to become as good like those instructors, but at least, it's not "char kuey teow" movement anymore.

Journey

By the time I reached the station, I think the bus has already gone. Just took a seat for a few minutes, I decided to go another way home. I stood up, took a turn, and walked towards the escalator, without hesitation.

I have been working in this place for almost 2 years, but I never take this way home before. You might think it's expensive, but it won't be more expensive than you take a taxi from my office to this station. Trust me. I have taken ERL from Putrajaya to KL Sentral, but never to other places.

Taking a journey by this train brings me another kind of feeling, it makes me feel like travelling overseas, along the countryside, having another experience. Although it's just a 20mins journey, I still can feel the comfortness, free and luxury -- despite the urinate smell in the cabin.

I took a transfer to Komunter train at Bandar Tasik Selatan. It's getting dark, I had a glance at my watch, this is faster than I take a bus from office to here, yet it's much expensive, of course.

Maybe nowadays most of my friends are not taking public transports anymore, I'm the minority that still haven't owned a car. But actually, despite the time-consuming problem, I prefer to take a public transport around. Because you don't need to struggle in a traffic jam and constraint about the petrol, parking fee and toll... it's actually quite a high expenses and burden to all the drivers especially for those average-income people like me. I prefer travel freely and can have a nap on the bus... (although sometimes I will oversleep... :P)

I think I'll still keep on this way without getting my own transport. It's too much consideration before you buy a car... I don't really so desperate to get a car anyhow. hehehe

Awards

We won an award again, it's so called Bronze in "Best In-House Service Contact Centre of the Year (Below 50 Seats)" in CCAM Awards. Our manager was so happy when he announced the good news to us. But for me, it's just..... are we really qualified for that? or... what is the criteria for this award?

Sometimes thing are quick ironic, sometimes there are 'compliments' that will make you feel uncomfortable. Nevertheless, who will reject a compliment regardless of what actually they've contributed? Besides, it's quite proud when our manager announced this news with other teams notice and taking photos in front of them. Maybe... it's somekind of... vanity? hahaha

Anyway, congrats to the team, congrats to me as well! Yeah!
