Congratulations~~!!!!

Just got a good news, our CRM team has won a Silver and Bronze for 2 of the categories in the 8th Annual CCAM (Customer Relationship Management & Contact Centre Association Malaysia) awards!!!

Our hardwork and efforts finally paid off. Although it's still not the gold yet... at least we've marked our name on it.

Best in-house Contact Center - Bronze
Best Mystery Shopper award - Silver
