Server down

I'm quite 'free' now, because the server is down, since yesterday afternoon.

It's quite unbelievable especially in such an international standard corporate, a server down will take more than 6 hours to fix... and it's not fixed yet. It has been causing high impact on our daily work as we are the support...

The 'suspect' is believed that was the one who sent out a huge huge email twice yesterday. Maybe he didn't expect his email size could be so big... but it really has caused a huge impact in the center... any disciplinary action will be taken? I don't think so... coz he's quite a 'big' guy here...

p/s: The server finally up in the afternoon. At least it could be resolved within 24 hours and meet the criteria for a high-severity issue. But hopefully this kind of "accident" won't come again and we totally cannot work at all!
