Still very busy

Don't doubt it, I'm really so busy during my working hours. I don't even have much time on the net as much as I used to be. So many people said our team is very 'free' one, it's because they haven't really done our work yet. Our workload is not depends on how many tickets we have opened and how many calls we have received. It sometimes involve a very complicated troubleshooting and escalation process. Furthermore, I've spent half of my working time on the newcomer's training today.

I decided to go back earlier (actually still 1/2 hour after my working hour) today, because tomorrow it's my turn to work on afternoon shift.
