In this high competitive world, if you want to find you feet in the crowd, you have to be strong, either in personality, skills or education. Personality, sometimes it's born to be, but also can be learnt from experience. But knowledge and skills, you have to learn by your own. I haven't taken any official courses yet, but I did joined a 3-day short course years ago. It was a course targeted on secretaries and personal assistants. No doubt they really have a strong trainer with interesting and lively training methods, let all the trainees enjoyed the class and had a happy time ever. However, since it's too short, even I've really concentrate in the class, I still can't really remember the whole thing after that, not to mention apply the knowledge to my work.
